As Assetto Corsa Competizione is a very popular game and for good reason. The game is to my view, one of the most realistic racing simulators out there. A lot of drivers no doubt used this game at one point, just like rFactor 2, another decent racing sim game you can play. Why I think it is a realistic sim? For starters you get the sound of cars being on point. Case in point with the video below of mine.

Another part that is realistic, up to a certain point would be the damage, but that's only limited for some reason. The other best thing about the game is that you have the circuits that appears in the World Series although it's technically more than one around the world. What you can expect is the drivers from the 2018-2022 but haven't released the 2023 roaster as of yet. :( As the 23 roaster for the European championship, is what you get in the video. 

What about how it drives? The car is fine to drive, it involves you having a decent time reaction to slow down because it's not like most games where you can delay slowing down by maybe half a second minimum. Whilst you can at times Chick Hicks your opponent and minus the "kachigga, but you don't really get any proper repercussions of any form, you only get a few notes of not gaining time, and lose safety rating. I'll admit I haven't started doing career mode as of yet, but at the moment I want to do quick races.  The only main thing I don't like is the back seat driving, where the spotter says car to your left, when I can see where the other car is, with my own eyes. It annoys me like no tomorrow. The other thing I don't like is how if you decide to swap controllers or even use a wheel, you have to septically change the settings for it not to automatically apply your brakes on the rolling start. Whilst I could also easily say the rolling start isn't realistic due to the cars would well do a formation and then a rolling start.

The conclusion is that, it is a well worthy game to play and would sink hours into playing the game in general. That is despite from slight digressions on my part.
