Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

The Good: Some of the good things about the game I enjoyed was of the following. The first I have to say were the locations. The Netherlands was a good one because the Dutch aren't really used all that often, apart from maybe Band of Brothers game. The second would be using Turkey because it was a massive potential for a flashpoint, likewise Cuba was. Another good thing I enjoyed about the game was how you could customise your fire arms. They even gave it the good old SAS treatment, and yes the SAS were and are innovators. They had to be. You also got to design your character, well partially, but that's to do with plot reasons. You also had a wider range of foes, from an even more extreme version of communists (Perseus) who reminds me of COBRA but not based in the US, you have the East Germans and surprisingly they kept their uniforms for the police authentic, likewise with the military. The Viet Cong made a return, and that's good. Although I wish they dedicated the whole game for Vietnam War. Whilst the game was something like 9 hours long but that's fine.

Multiplayer was most likely one of the fun I had in years, especially doing stuff with some crazy ways in getting decent kills.

A set example of a good time, although I had more fun clapping more people with a Heckler & Koch MP5. It might had annoyed people to no end getting a kill count of 30. Although I think my highest was higher, but can't entirely remember. I know there are a few fictional firearms such as the MG82. Another good thing was bring the likes of John Rambo, Price, McCaine and a few other loveable characters. Oh and Zombies has a newer feel compared to the original.

The Bad: Ok the first thing I have to say would be the usage of non binary. People would say the hell is wrong with non binary?  The answer would be, they're not the issue, the actual issue is that, they weren't identified as what they are today. Whilst yes obviously there has always been non binary people, but there was no identifier unlike homosexuality, lesbian, trans.  For context, the game was set back in 1981, and non binary wasn't a thing until 1996. Whilst I assume when they use "They" it wouldn't have been by today's standards, but I could be wrong. Link 1 for citations. A brief history of gender neutral pronouns - BBC News Here's the second, although it's a grain of salt. Non-binary gender - Wikipedia. Ok enough with that one. There are some others that is honestly bad. I.E, how a multiplayer map for some reason having MI6 in Angola. Guess what? It was South Africans vs Cubans. That's for outside powers who weren't either MPLA or UNITA.

Now The Ugly: The Halloween special event was boring as hell. The only exception was the zombie mode for multiplayer. All the rest was just your basic bitch Scream Face bitch, and some warewolf crap. Boring. I don't know why they couldn't also add other events from the Cold War and there was like literally 50 years worth to dive into, although to be fair they'd better off as separate games, and I don't imagine that they would have been that well respected, especially not for the likes of Battlefield 5 and apparently Vanguard.
